How does merokam work?
Sign Up & Login
You create an account either with the registration form (first name, last name, phone and optional email), or with Google SSO (Gmail) directly.
Create a Job Listing or Declare Worker Availability
The employer posts a listing with the job type (title, description, region, area, and date). The worker declares their availability by filling out a form regarding which regions and areas they support, which dates, what tools they have, etc.
Search Listings & Availabilities
The worker sees available jobs and applies with one click. The employer sees available workers in their area and if interested, clicks the button Declare Interest with one click.
Contact & Hiring
The employer receives a notification with SMS and Email with the worker's details (first name, last name, phone). The worker also receives SMS and Email a notification that an employer is interested in hiring them.
